Is that chrome piece on the forks a Kawi bagger part? I don't recall seeing one before.

I'm pooped when I get home so it's a bitch getting anything done I know that feeling, my working day including travel takes up around 13 hours so I don't bother to even try doing stuff in the evenings. Then at weekends I have to try to fit in everything else I have to get done. Good luck with the wiring harness!

Usually to around 230, then nap time, up at 630

This was by far the hardest internal wire deal ever. But got it. Hope all the wires are intact and I didn't cut any

It will be worth every bit of the hair pulling frustration when it's done. Been thinking of new bars and hidden wires myself.

Looks very neat, good job. I wish there was a way to get the hydraulics internal as well and have a really clean looking bar

Looks excellent - very nice flat top pistons! What will the final compression ratio likely be?

Also, just this morning I was thinking about my engine rebuild which with a bit of luck will be starting next weekend and I was thinking about how to prevent the front barrel lifting off the base when trying to fit the rear barrel. Looking at your picture shows a really good solution - the tubes, washers and nuts on the studs! Nice one.

This is not the big build. Just a thrown together engine so I can make it to Maggie Valley.

Dang Colin, that thing rev's fast! Did you forget to put the flywheel in again? That little Rev was 5500 It's how fast it rev's from 1500 or 2000 up to the 5500 that makes my chin hit the floor. You did some darn good slappin' on that engine! If my engine was to mysteriously appear in your driveway would you take it inside and "slap" it for me? Really nice work on your bike Colin. Really nice.
