Looking to take my meanie more towards a drag look. Something along these lines... I'm not going to go as far as widening the back or adjusting swing arm or anything but I do want to test out some more forward set handlebars. Anyone have any experience putting drag bars (without risers) on their bike? Is it possible to get these mounted to my meanie? It's the same diameter (1 inch) but I'm not sure what mounts need to go on the fork.

You need to buy risers. Personally I would just get a 6"/6" or 8"/8" T-bar. Same look and simpler. Hope you have a good back and shoulders, you'll be stretched forward which is miserable on longer rides.

And if you buy a harley riser you'll need adapter studs or drilling out your triple trees. They use a bigger standard bolt than the metrics on ours. If the riser has built in studs then you have to drill out the tree but most I've seen bolt from underneath.

Seems like it would just fit into whatever riser can hold a 1" bar. And yea definitely looks uncomfortable for long rides. I am a young guy (26) but I also don't take it on too many really long rides. I'm thinking if I end up doing this I might look into getting rear set pegs if that's a possible thing. But the underbelly of the bike may not play nicely with that idea and I'd end up too much on top of it.

Once you add up the bars, risers, and studs...that's kind of why I just recommend a T-bar. They're one piece and a bit cheaper in the long run. Even an 8"/8" will give you much less pullback than stock as a heads up. I've been through around 4 sets of bars before I found comfort.
