I'm after a tip or two - I'm really struggling to re-fit the throttle body/manifold assembly. Is it possible to fit this as entire unit or do I need to split the manifold from the throttle bodies and first install the manifold and then the throttle bodies? Manual isn't exactly crystal clear on this point.

Well I answered my own question, separate works: Manifold first, then throttle body. Went ok except the lower 10mm bolt (manifold to throttle body) is hard to get at, a 1/4" drive did the job though. Might be possible to install as a complete unit but I was struggling, I'm using the original air cleaner system with the horrible plastic section between the jugs, that means very little wiggle room

I picked up a set of long allen wrenches from HF (https://www.harborfreight.com/7-pc-38-in-drive-metric-long-reach-hex-bit-socket-set-67890.html). The work well to bolt the TB on.

Now is the time to get rid of that crappy plastic transfer tube. Yea it's easier apart.

You're right but at this point I don't have enough spare cash to sort out the air cleaner that I'd like so I'm going to run stock until I can afford to change it.
