Does anyone have a picture handy showing the cable routing? I've the manual that shows part of the details but not all. I have a set of cables (not the best but they'll do to check things) The problem I have is as follows, the throttle opens and closes smoothly and snaps back to throttle closed if I release the throttle - the problem is that on right hand lock the throttle is much slower to close, obviously the cable isn't moving smoothly. I have it routed correctly ( I think) but I'd like to check this - it's a vehicle inspection fail item in the UK.

I hope one or more of these help you out Brother: Does that help or would a different angle and/or shot be better? Attachments:

Thanks for those Kahn - helped me to get the routing and angles sorted a bit better. Unfortunately I still have the same issue, it's something to do with the under tank routing that I need to sort out, I'll get there! Cheers

I had a binding issue after I replaced the throttle cables on my Bandit. Turns out I didn't leave enough free play (slack) in the cable lines and the inner cables were binding on the cable housing. As soon as I added just a little bit of slack (shortened the adjusters), the throttle moved freely. Hopefully your issue will be an easy fix too. Cheers!

Good point, I'll give the slack a good check, I hadn't thought of that as a possible cause. I know I have the routing slightly out so I'll correct that first and see how it goes. Thanks for the tip.
