Decided to do something a little different for the front signals. Picked up a couple of "switchback" LED bulbs from superbrightleds.com. $12 each and they change from white running lights to amber flashers. I think they work pretty darn well. I like those. You will have to give us a further review about how bright they are after you have them outside in the sunlight. Anything to help in getting ya noticed, especially from the front. A super bright headlight is a must have too. That ol' saying about "riding like you're invisible" is a good one. I have been pulled out on or turned in front of more times than I can count over the years. Been down twice because of it but those were long years ago (the 60's) when all we had to get noticed was to ride with a weak lighted headlight on which did almost nothing for ya in the daytime. There was no running lights back then and no brighter bulbs to switch to.

When riding around Sat. the seem pretty darn bright in the sunlight. The only thing that the vid doesn't show is the LED headlight, which is also bright as hell. I do like the color switch when signaling.

What headlight did you get Lee Actually, I don't know. It was on the bike when I bought it, and the PO wasn't sure if it was HID or LED. (Looking at it, it's clearly LED). It's like this one: www.cyclegear.com/parts/speedmetal-led-conversion-kit but I don't know if that's it. I'll check later if I can see a brand on the box part.

So far I have had good luck with the HID I have but if it ever goes out I'm wanting an LED light.
